embroidery

We feature Tajima TMAR high-volume/high-precision embroidery machines. These top-of-the-line machines produce the ultimate embroidery quality. Most importantly, our embroidery operators average over 15 years of embroidery experience to assure top embroidery craftsmanship.

Our embroidery services cover a wide range of apparel including hats, beanies, shirts, hoodies, shorts, pants, socks, gloves and more. We also embroider a variety of bags, backpacks, blankets, and towels.

We offer awesome 3D puff embroidery, applique, and name personalization. Embroidery is offered up to 15 colors featuring the highest quality Madeira embroidery threads. Complete finishing services are available including folding, polybagging, tagging/stickering, and rolling/tying.

Digitizing

We offer expert digitizing services to convert your logo or design into a file that an embroidery machine can recognize and stitch.

Designs that contain small lettering, tiny details, gradients, and similar elements are hard to reproduce in thread. Eliminating complex portions and simplifying your design will produce the best quality. Just submit your artwork and we'll gladly assist you in creating the best embroidery designs possible.

You may also submit digitized embroidery files for your logo or design.

Once the digitized embroidery file is ready, we'll create an initial sew-out proof to examine design quality and submit for your approval before production.

full color digital transfers

We offer full color direct to film (DTF) transfers that can decorate most types of fabrics from light/dark polyester to light/dark cotton. Most canvas, denim, linen, rayon, nylon, felt and leather products can also be decorated.

Full color DTF transfers can be used to decorate shirts, jackets, hats, bags, totes, and performance apparel with high-definition precision of true 2400 x 2400 dpi resolution.

We also offer sublimination transfers to decorate a variety of hard surface products.

Patches

We create custom embroidery and direct to film (DTF) patches in various shapes and sizes. We then sew competed patches onto hats, shirts, jackets, and other apparel in addition to bags, backpacks and more. Patches feature merrowed borders and can also be heat applied if preferred or recommended.

We also sew or heat apply patches that you supply onto a variety of products or apparel.

labels

We offer label sewing services including removal and replacement of existing labels on bags, hats, shirts, hoodies are more.
